Zing Property is a private estate agency, mainly dealing with properties owned by, and clients of, Invest in Scottish Properties Ltd and home sellers referred to us via solicitors, mortgage brokers etc.

Our family run business has over 65 years combined experience in the Scottish property
market, we are well placed to run our private estate agency efficiently and effectively. Our key focus is selling our clients properties, with as little fuss as possible.
Our unique approach means that we only take on properties that we are confident we can
sell in a reasonable time frame. We focus on the right buyers, who are motivated, ready, willing and able. Thus, cutting out the usual endless viewings, offers falling through at the last minute and all the usual pitfalls experienced when selling through a traditional estate agent.

Initially, Zing Property was set up specifically to sell our sister company’s properties.
Our sister company, Invest in Scottish Properties Ltd, is a privately financed company recognised for its ability to complete purchases in as little as one week.
Main stream estate agents are renowned for their lack of communication with home sellers. Frustrated with the typical estate agents approach to sales we launched Zing Property, to allow us to improve sales performance.
Invest in Scottish Properties purchases and re-sell’s, on average, 80 properties per annum.
